FAQ

Questions worth asking before you start

These are the questions clients ask most often before deciding to work with us. We answer them straight — including the parts we can't promise.

About the service

What exactly do you do, and how is this different from a web design agency?

A web agency usually delivers a website and stops there. We work on the whole path a customer takes — searching, checking the map, comparing reviews, sending an inquiry, and being followed up until the deal closes. The website is one link in that chain. If customers can't find you, or nobody picks up the inquiries that do come in, a beautiful site still won't produce orders. We start by diagnosing where the chain breaks.

We already have a website. Do we still need this?

Having a website and having a website that brings in customers are two different things. Many sites are written around what the business wants to say rather than what customers actually search for, with nobody maintaining the map listing or the reviews. A free check will show whether you're losing customers at visibility, content, map ranking, intake, or follow-up.

Can we start with just one part, for example Google Maps only?

Yes. If the check shows your weak point is concentrated in local search, we start there — you don't need all six entries at once. We won't pad the scope with things you don't need. Fix the most urgent gap first, see the result, then decide whether to go further.

How does this relate to your nine management systems?

One brings customers in, the other keeps the business organised. The growth system handles whether customers can find you and whether you can catch them when they arrive. The nine management systems handle internal operations — orders, production, procurement, after-sales, finance. The two connect at the website and marketing management systems.

About results

How long before we see results?

It depends on the entry point. Google Maps and local platform work — fixing listings, managing reviews — often shows movement in calls, direction requests and impressions within weeks. SEO and AI search optimisation build up over time and usually take a few months. We do not promise that a handful of keywords will double your business.

Can you guarantee first place in search results?

No, and nobody honestly should. Search and map rankings depend on your location, your reviews, how strong the competition is, and platform rules — none of which sit entirely with a service provider. What we can commit to is doing every controllable thing correctly, and showing you exactly what was done and how the numbers moved.

If we stop the service, do the customers disappear?

Paid ads stop producing the moment you stop paying — which is exactly why we don't recommend relying on ads alone. Website content, area pages, map listings, review reputation and the leads already recorded in your system stay with your business.

How do we know the money is well spent?

Our reporting doesn't stop at traffic numbers. It should answer where customers came from, what they searched for, which areas produce the most inquiries, which services close most easily, which leads haven't been followed up, and which spend actually turned into orders. Data nobody can read is useless for decisions.

Pricing and engagement

How do you charge?

The pricing page lists reference prices for each tier to show the general range of investment and value. Every business differs in industry, current visibility and operational bottlenecks, so the final quote is based on the business check — you only pay for what you actually need.

Is the free check really free? Do we pay or sign anything first?

It is genuinely free. No payment and no contract up front. The point of the check is to see whether you're short on visibility, content, map ranking, intake or follow-up — and only then decide whether to work together, on what, and at what price.

How long does the check take?

About 90 seconds online. You pick your industry, answer a set of questions written for that industry, and get your scores by area, your current level, and which gap to address first.

Who this is for

Is my industry a good fit?

We work across eight industry groups: food and entertainment, beauty and wellness, professional services, automotive and transport, construction and home services, wholesale and manufacturing, education and training, and retail and e-commerce. The simple test: if your customers search online, check maps and compare reviews before deciding who to call, this applies to you.

Do you only serve businesses in New York?

We start from the New York market and also serve businesses targeting the wider US and international markets. Local coverage includes the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and nearby Connecticut. When expanding to other cities we research each market fresh rather than copying content across.

Our customers are mainly Chinese-speaking, or mainly English-speaking. Can you cover that?

Yes. Chinese and English content is built separately and structured separately, never mixed on one page, so customers in either language can find the right content through search, maps and AI assistants.

Can you work with healthcare-related businesses?

Yes, but marketing content in healthcare is handled more carefully, with no unrealistic claims about treatment outcomes. For dental, optical, family and traditional medicine clinics we focus on clear service information, professional credentials and honest answers to common patient questions.

Working together

How much of our time will this take?

Early on we need some of your time to understand the business, your customer types and how you currently get customers — only you know that properly. After that most of the execution sits with us, with regular updates on progress and data.

Do we have to give you account access?

Google Business Profile, your website admin and platform accounts need the relevant access to work on. We explain in advance which permissions are needed, what they're used for and what will change. Ownership of your accounts always stays with you.

Can we change direction partway through?

Yes. Work runs in stages, and at the end of each stage we review the data together — what worked, what didn't — and decide where to focus next. If something isn't working we change it rather than finishing the plan for its own sake.
